Please bring your previous medical records, test results, prescriptions, and a valid ID. For new patients, a completed registration form may also be required.
Q4. Are follow-up consultations included?
Follow-up visits may be included depending on the package or treatment plan. Please check with our reception or billing team for details.
Q5. What happens during the consultation?
The doctor will review your medical history, discuss symptoms, perform a physical exam if needed, and suggest tests or treatments.
Q6. How do I receive my prescriptions or test orders?
Prescriptions and test orders are provided digitally or as printed copies after your consultation. For online consultations, these are sent via email or app.

I want to express our immense appreciation for Dr. Bharat vardhan sir, who has been
our baby’s doctor since birth. We have always trusted him completely, and this recent experience has only
strengthened that trust. His timely diagnosis of our baby’s viral infection and quick referral to the ER
ensured that our little one received the immediate care he needed.
We are also thankful to the nursing staff for their sincerity and dedication. The pediatric nurses worked tirelessly, especially during the night shifts,
ensuring that every medicine, nebulization, and treatment was given on time. Many of them were gentle,

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and helpful. The hospital is very hygienic, which gave us a lot of confidence during treatment.
